Like many others I’ve come through a lot of pain, self-inflicted and from others. I used to think that if I was nice and played by “the rules” I would achieve success in all areas of my life. While I have had success in many ways and love in my life, I spent years exhausted, unhealthy, and had mild depression.
 
I've never been the type to be OK with the status quo or a routine life. I’ve always been drawn to personal growth and development, pushing myself to expand and grow. I learned to stop breaking my own heart. With sheer will and the many brilliant teachers, mentors, my therapist and coaches, I lovingly woke myself up from the illusions and painful patterns I was in. My mission: to help move others into a greater sense of love.
