Ed.D., MCC, ESIA, SP, NBC-HWC

Catherine Finger, Ed.D., MCC, ESIA, SP, NBC-HWC supports the development of coaches and leaders in the United States and internationally through her work as an executive coach, coach educator, certified mentor coach, and coaching supervisor. She serves as adjunct faculty with the College of Executive Coaching and Beckett McInroy Consultancy, supporting the development of coaches and leaders in the United States and around the world. An ICF Master Certified Coach, Catherine has also earned both the Senior Practioner and ESIA credentials in coaching supervision through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She holds several other coaching and assessment certifications, including the National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

Catherine earned her doctoral degree in Instructional Leadership from National Louis University, a master’s degree in Spanish Literature from University of Northern Iowa, and served with distinction as a public-school superintendent, leader and teacher for over thirty-five years in Chicago suburban school districts. Additionally, she completed her advanced executive and personal coach training through the College of Executive Coaching.

Drawing on more than four decades of leadership, educational, and coaching experience, Catherine is known for creating thoughtful, engaging learning environments that integrate reflective practice, wellbeing, leadership development, and transformational coaching approaches. An active contributor and member of several coaching organizations, she is currently serving as President-Elect of the New England Chapter of the ICF.
