My diverse educational background includes a master’s degree in public health, a medical degree, therapy training, and yoga therapy training. I am a progressive and inclusive practitioner and I believe strongly in the mind-body connection. My training as a yoga therapist brings a wholistic approach to health that has lasting impacts. I promote the health of my patients by working towards overall balance. My international experiences have allowed me to widen my perspective and embrace differences. My goal is to help motivate change and empower you so that you can Live Your Best Life!
