The problem is also the solution, and you already own the tool!

Female entrepreneurs have extra challenges. We believe we have to work harder and longer hours to achieve the same results as men. We have a much more difficult time untangling our emotions from our work. We struggle with self-sabotage, doubt, and impostor syndrome daily. On top of all those challenges, we bear the brunt of the mental load at home.

All of this added stress causes resistance in our relationships. We know we aren’t giving our best to our family, our team, our friends, but we are stretched so thin! It’s tough not to be annoyed by people. We feel overwhelmed daily.

Unfortunately, building and automating our business and the ensuing resistance in relationships cause us to go into a stress response.

Then you think you need to retarget your sales message, get a new marketer, have a better photoshoot done, adding to your to-do list, which puts further strain on your ability to function within your relationships.

But the decrease in sales is the symptom. The lack of clients is a symptom. Fixing symptoms doesn’t address the cause. So you spin your wheels with more of the same, and another year goes by where you didn’t really hit your targets.

Other women hit theirs. You should be happy for them, but you secretly aren’t. Cause you can’t be. You are down at the bottom of the emotional scale.

Sound familiar?

My sister and I are structured differently (my energy tips masculine, her energy tips feminine), but we have found that there is one thing at the core of all the common symptoms women face in their business; a closed heart.

If you don’t address the core problem and get to its root, you won’t get lasting results.

How do you open your heart and not get triggered all day long?

We guide you through the exact method we use ourselves and with our high-ticket clients in our new online course, The Expansion Method.

Stop working like a man, and harmonize the masculine/feminine within you. Your greatest asset is highly underutilized, and you don’t need a 5 figure coach to learn how to use it.

These three simple steps can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, with eyes open:

  1. As soon as you wake up each morning, take one minute to breathe through your heart area and imagine it turning to emerald green energy (yep, the same color as money). Spread that energy throughout your entire body, then extend it outward two to three feet. Think of this as an internal well that never runs dry. Fill your own cup every morning.

  2. Check-in with yourself often. How is that energy field doing? Are there any holes you need to fill? Are you feeling drained, triggered, or scattered? If so, take 60 whole seconds to refill that cup with your internal well again (set a timer on your phone).

  3. During moments of stress (traffic jam, paying bills, a disagreement), catch yourself beginning to contract your energy (scan your body for tension or resistance), and instead, expand your green heart energy outward. Let your shoulders roll back and soften.

When you reprogram your heart, scaling and growing your business becomes effortless and fun! I’d love to hear how implementing these steps in your life changed not just your perception of reality but your loved ones at home too.

The changes in my own home and business have been profound, as well as all of our clients who have reprogrammed their hearts.
