We all go through various challenges in our life. Unfortunately, we often miss the support, understanding, or just kind words from our surroundings. People feel more lonely, more isolated, different, and not good enough. In many cases, social media damages our self-esteem and confidence and we can’t stop comparing ourselves to those glamourous pictures we see on Instagram, Facebook, or any other platforms. Often instead of motivation, we feel that we are not capable to achieve our goals, we do not look good, we do not have enough skills, and we feel intimidated.

The appreciation of our uniqueness, our knowledge, and our skills are underestimated and undermined. We start having imposter syndrome, and we procrastinate. And eventually, we find ourselves in a vicious circle of feeling like being a failure, getting more extra weight, feeling shame to go out because of it, scared to be judged, and not good enough. And this accumulated scope of emotions stops us again from taking action and we do not feel able to do it. Sounds familiar?

And then we hit the rock bottom.

If you are lucky enough to find some support, you can find the force to get out of this sucking your energy hole. If not, you can end up broken, go on medications, start having thoughts about suicide, or find yourself on the street.

Life has such a fast pace now, often we do not have enough time for ourselves. We search for a very quick solution. As we can not afford to spend months, years, and hundreds of thousands of dollars/pounds on therapies. Or maybe you already did it, went through many therapies trying to boost your confidence, lose weight, or overcome fears, phobias, and addictions, and you found that the process didn’t work, or worked for a short time only. This may have left you wondering if there is any hope that you can achieve your goals and get what you want.

Science is moving forward and there is a solution for many issues we experience throughout our life. Marisa Peer created a method she called Rapid Transformational Therapy – RTT. Why is it Rapid? Because it works really fast. In many cases, the client only needs from 1 to 3 sessions.

The Technique literally transforms the life of the client. The root cause of the issue and understanding of the problem or disease was discovered during the first session. The healing starts immediately, and it continues afterward.

The effect of RTT Hypnotherapy could be immediate, cumulative, and retrospective depending on the person.

So what is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

The award-winning RTT Hypnotherapy originated by Marisa Peer is gaining global recognition as one of the most effective treatments available.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), combines the most beneficial tools of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, CBT, and Neuroscience, to offer unparalleled fast, effective, and long-lasting results. But it differs from all these treatments because it accesses the memory and recall of your subconscious mind to get the limiting belief that holds you back. RTT delivers extraordinary, permanent change from physical, emotional, and psychological pain by reframing your core beliefs, habits, values, and emotions deep in the subconscious mind.

By rapidly rewiring the brain’s neural pathways, RTT replaces your outdated belief systems and negative behavior patterns. New life beliefs are formed, and the healing process begins.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is an extremely powerful and effective technique that allows the therapist to discover the core reason behind why you haven’t overcome your issues.

Moreover, I would like to add that hypnotherapy is a very pleasant experience. The client gets relaxed the way he rarely relaxes during his/her everyday life. At the same time, the client is in control if he/she desires to stop the session she/he can always do it.

I experienced RTT hypnotherapy many times. And I absolutely loved it and I wish you try it too.
