Susie Valentine, Subconscious Mindset Coach & Spiritual Teacher

Please can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

My name is Susie Valentine. I’m a spiritual teacher, a Master Instructor of the ThetaHealing® modality and a pioneer of Subconscious Mindset Coaching. I have years of personal development experience. I’m eager, today, to introduce you to ThetaHealing and to highlight the advantages of connecting or reconnecting with your intuition. This is an exciting prospect and is easier than you might first think.

What are the benefits of following your intuition, Susie?

Personally, I believe that you receive inner guidance through your intuition. It is this gentle support received through your feelings.

Following your intuition has a range of different benefits. It leads you to think more clearly and make better decisions at work and at home. When you focus on listening to this inner guidance, it allows you to get a better understanding of the people around you, to really connect with them and build stronger relationships.

Honing in on your intuition can be liberating. Trusting your intuition enables you to deal with whatever crosses your path. You learn to accept that what’s happening is happening for a reason.

Ultimately your intuition guides you to be in alignment with your true self and cope more easily with the ups and downs of life.

Have you always been someone who follows their heart?

Definitely not! I was, in fact, a little wary or even sceptical about spirituality and the power of trusting your intuition.

How did this change for you?

Several years ago, I was working for a great company, in a role I loved and felt very comfortable in.

But, at the same time, I felt that there was something missing in my busy London life. I wasn’t fulfilling my potential and I knew that I had so much more to offer. Friends, family and colleagues repeatedly suggested that I branch out and try something different that challenged me and exploited my skills. Deep in my heart, I knew this was true. I knew that I could be having a far greater impact on people’s lives.

However, like most of us, I was too frightened of stepping into the unknown. I ignored my intuition which had been nagging at me for months and I followed “reason” and stayed with the company. Within weeks, I was made redundant.

This turned out to be one of the best things that happened to me because it forced me to confront “myself”. The universe had given me signs of what I should do; that I should move out of my comfort zone and “experiment”. Yet, I had ignored my gut feeling out of fear of the unknown.

It was the right moment for me to explore something beyond the Excel sheet world I’d been living in.

What was the next step in your spiritual journey, Susie?

I paused and took time out to reflect on the signs I had ignored. Up to that point, I made all the important decisions in my life through logical, rational reasoning. I questioned how I could find that “missing something”. I knew there was something more. I wondered what else my heart and my intuition were telling me. It was the right time to seek help. I felt ready to connect with and listen to my heart.

Someone suggested I seek support from a spiritual coach. I did exactly that and I didn’t look back. She helped me connect with my intuition and explore where it was guiding me. It was an exciting journey and I learnt a lot.

From there, I was introduced to ThetaHealing which had a profound effect on my personal and spiritual development. As a result of my involvement with ThetaHealing, I learn to connect with my true self. I was finally able to define what spirituality meant to me.

Can you elaborate on what ThetaHealing is?

This is a technique that allows you to reprogram your subconscious mind. Your subconscious is responsible for making about 90% of your daily decisions. These decisions are made based on the beliefs you hold in your subconscious. When you have positive beliefs, they will work for you, however, if your beliefs are negative or limiting, they can hold you back. These limiting beliefs can result in negative experiences, thoughts or feelings.

In ThetaHealing, we use a meditative technique that allows you to connect to the theta brainwave, which gives access to your subconscious. We can then begin to reprogram any negative or limiting beliefs. ThetaHealing empowers you to take charge of your life without stress or pressure. You will learn more about who you really are and move into alignment with your life purpose. It’s a truly wonderful and fulfilling experience.

Can you tell us more about your motivations for founding From Head to Heart? What is the mission that drives it forward?

As a soul-aligned entrepreneur, I want to help humanity reconnect with its heart.

I simply set out to help people to become the best version of themselves.

As previously mentioned, 90% of the decisions we make are influenced by our subconscious minds without us realising it. The personal development industry is worth $43bn ¹ and most are focussed on improving our conscious decision-making. Yet I have witnessed that transforming our subconscious mindset is really the foundation of long-lasting change, fulfilment and true happiness.

I guide individuals to become their “authentic” selves. I take my clients beyond traditional personal development and focus on growth from within. I’ve done over 3,500 intuitive readings, provided over 1,700 healing sessions and I teach dozens of classes a year. What it has shown me is that everybody who is open for this, can do it!
