Three juicy tips to help you make your first (or next) $10K in your online Coaching Business.


In the Coaching Industry hitting $10,000 dollar months is a BIG thing! Heck, I feel that this is a milestone for so many entrepreneurs. And consequently, we put so much pressure on ourselves to make it happen.

Did you know that you can have a six-figure Coaching Business if you make $ 8,333 per month on average? Just thought I’d take some pressure off (you’re welcome).


In all seriousness, I get it. I feel like we ALL get it.


I’ve always had big dreams and aspirations and for me, $10k months are only the beginning. If you are anything like me, you likely got into Coaching because you desired to make an Impact, to support others to achieve their health, wealth, business, relationship, or career goals. Perhaps you found peace and power in a spiritual practice. Perhaps you found your passion in sharing your story on stages. No matter the reason you got into Coaching, you desired to create positive change. A ripple that’s bigger than you. It’s not just a business, it’s your purpose.


And well, to help people, you got to be able to turn your passion and purpose into a profitable business that consistently brings in cash sales every single month.


There I said it. Yes, you may not be in business to make money, but you have got to make money to stay in business. And if you are also in business because you desire to make a lot of money, good for you, so am I!


I believe that the more money we make, the greater our reach will be.

I believe the greater our reach is, the more people we can support.

I believe the more people we support, the more impact we can have, not just on others but on the global collective.


It all works together. So, the question is…HOW?


How do you make your first (or next) $10 k in your Coaching business?


Here are three juicy tips to get you started:


Tip No.1 Create an Irresistible Offer


This may be obvious to some of you, but to make $10k you have got to offer something that your people “actually” want! Creating such an offer is simpler than you might think. You can use my Irresistible Offer Formula.


WHO + WHAT + WHY = An Irresistible Offer that Sells


To map this out, answer these three questions and get crystal clear on all of them.

  1. WHO is the offer for?

  2. WHAT problem does it solve?

  3. Why do they "want" it now?

When you can answer the above three questions clearly, it allows you to position your offer as the SOLUTION. Which is at the heart of an irresistible offer that sells!


Tip No.2 Get clear on what it takes to achieve the $10k goal


Having clarity on HOW you will achieve your goal can be super helpful to see that it may be more attainable than you initially thought. Depending on your offer and the price you set, this will determine how many sales you need to hit this goal.


For example: To make $10k you could sell one x $ 10,000 private coaching program, two x $ 5,000 private coaching programs, ten x $1,000 Group Coaching Programs, or a mix of one x $5,000 private coaching program and five x Group Coaching programs. Bottom line, they ALL lead to you making $10k!


Tip No.3 Show up Consistently to SELL


You can have the most irresistible offer on earth, have a crystal-clear plan on how to get to $10k and make zero sales! Shocking I know…


You have got to be committed to showing up and selling consistently no matter what. This means every day, perhaps even multiple times a day you have got to show up, market and talks about your offer. And most importantly give a clear call to action (CTA) on what you want your people to do next. The more often you show up to sell, the more opportunities you provide for people to buy from you. If you want daily sales, find ways to sell daily. It’s that simple. If you are watching another coach or mentor show up twice a week and sell out their offers effortlessly, it is likely that they have spent years building a hot and engaged audience. First up, that’s amazing. Secondly, you might not know what other ways they use to sell that you can’t see! And lastly, one day this will be you, but for right now it’s your responsibility to show up and make powerful invites for people to join you consistently.


I see so many Coaches and Entrepreneurs get tripped up on this. I hear statements such as:


“People don’t like to be sold to every day” or “If I sell every day, I will lose followers”


If that’s you, let me ask you this: “Have you ever walked into your favourite store and they told you that they aren’t going to sell to you today, because they sold to you yesterday?”


I would say that’s a definite NO!


My guess is that you would be frustrated if you were to show up at your favourite store and they would not allow you to buy what you want. And that’s the thing, it’s not up to us to decide when people get to buy and when they don’t. It’s simply our Job to show up and let them know what’s available. Nobody is forcing them to buy. Just like your favourite store isn’t going to be mad if you just came in to browse. Let people browse, just show up and show them what they can buy.


That’s all!

It doesn’t have to be this big bad thing.

It doesn’t mean having to convince people,

It doesn’t have to feel pushy and uncomfortable.
