Sass Allard

Strategic Coach & Change Consultant

Sass Allard is a strategic coach and change consultant whose work brings sharp thinking, behavioural insight, and creative intelligence to leaders navigating demanding personal or professional shifts. With more than two decades of experience across global environments, she supports successful business owners, senior leaders, and high-performing women as they recalibrate direction, strengthen resilience, and build sustainable habits for growth and wellbeing.

Her consulting career spans media, publishing, and creative industries, where she has helped organisations clarify leadership behaviour, shape culture, and embed practical change frameworks. Alongside her consulting work, Sass coaches entrepreneurs and established creatives, drawing on her interest in how art, expression, and behavioural patterns intersect to influence resilience and emotional health. She founded a wellness retreat focused on habit formation, mentors emerging talent aiming to break into arts and culture, and has previously mentored young women from underserved communities.

Sass works at the point where strategy and human behaviour meet, including the realities women face during hormonal change and how these shifts influence agency, confidence, and performance. As a UN Women delegate for the Commission on the Status of Women, she brings an international lens to questions of gender, leadership, and economic empowerment. She writes about adaptation, resilience, and the structures that allow people to move forward with clarity and creative momentum.
