Sabine Horner

Grief Nutritionist, Ayurvedic & Yoga Therapist

With a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychological toll of loss, Sabine specialises in guiding individuals through grief, helping them reclaim their health and vitality.

Her journey into holistic healing began with a personal tragedy: the loss of her husband, Kevin, to acute myeloid leukemia. Inspired by the healing power of food, herbs, and yoga she witnessed during Kevin’s illness, Sabine remained steadfast in her belief in the body's innate capacity for healing after his death.

As she navigated her own grief journey, Kundalini yoga became her anchor, leading her to become a certified yoga therapist, utilising movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and sound to support her own healing and that of others.

Meanwhile, Sabine also obtained qualifications as a nutritionist and health coach, earning memberships in recognised professional organisations such as the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Pursuing her passion for Ayurveda, Sabine decided to train as an Ayurvedic Digestive Health Coach in the US before embarking on a post-graduate qualification in Ayurveda at the Alma Mater Europe in Slovenia, deepening her understanding of the body-mind connection and expanding her toolkit of healing modalities with the ancient art of pulse diagnosis.

Today, Sabine combines her expertise in Western nutrition, yoga therapy, and Ayurveda to offer a unique and holistic approach to healing from grief.

Sabine is a sought-after speaker at health and bereavement events, a monthly contributor to the 'Feel Good Friday' show on Yowah Radio and a regular blog writer for AtaLoss. Through her dedicated work, she raises awareness of the profound impact of grief on mind and body, sharing insights into the link between emotional stress, nutrient deficiencies, and other post-loss imbalances.

With warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to empowering others, Sabine guides bereaved individuals towards a path of healing and renewal, helping them rediscover joy, purpose, and vitality in life after loss.
