Natasja is a psychologist, specialized in group dynamics, in particular the more difficult forms of group dynamics, such as conflicts, misalignment and passivity. She guides teams that have to deal with servere trust issues to more stable waters. Her mission is to help dismantle causes of mistrust and to enhance the power of trust in the world.
