Martin an entrepreneur, leader and visionary with a passion for a healthy lifestyle, is the CEO and Founder of GEM Wellness Warriors, with a focus on the wellness and preventative health of men in society, a focus on self-image / self-relationship and mental wellbeing. He is a believer that change is necessary in society, including the teaching of wellness, good nutrition, holistic health, connection and optimism.

He is also a Board Member of a Medical College (Australasian College of Nutritional Environmental Medicine www.acnem.org) helping change the direction of education for medical practitioners from prescriptive medicine to preventative wellbeing for themselves and their patients.

Gaining over 30 years of commercial and corporate experience of leading teams and people across many portfolios, transforming organisations, making many mistakes along the way, and on a daily basis, is now thriving working with a collaboration of amazing people from across the globe. Still making many mistakes and learning.

From a personal standpoint, Martin has also overcome personal trauma and stage 4 cancer. A keen sportsperson, Martin also enjoys running, swimming, yoga, meditation, and is an ambassador for cancer research charities. The power of community is essential as currently a columnist for a local monthly newspaper with a circulation >50,000 in print media. A storyteller, keynote international speaker, presenter and curious learner of life.
