The Cognitive Health Coach

Lindsey helps people living with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or looking to prevent it with the Re:CODE (Bredesen) Protocol.

She is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach & a Certified Re:CODE 2.0 Health Coach.

After a few years of watching her Mum’s memory decline, despairing, thinking that there was nothing anyone could do, quite by chance, she met someone who said they had almost totally reversed their own severe early onset Alzheimer’s symptoms.

That set her on a path of research, training and study, so that now she has a wealth of evidence-backed resources to share.

But her expertise is in health coaching; helping people to make lifestyle changes, more quickly, easily and sustainably than if they tried alone.

It's imperative to her to get the message out, that you can prevent dementia and improve your brain health and memory even with a diagnosis of MCI.

Our modern lifestyles have a huge impact on our health.  But making changes can be tough when we're all so busy and stressed and reliant on convenience foods.  She supports her clients to make small incremental changes that fit into their lifestyles. She's made those changes herself and knows the workarounds.  She's on the Pre:CODE (Prevention) Protocol herself, having tested her DNA at the same time as helping her Mum.
