Mindset & Physical Intelligence Coach

Denise Chester fell into coaching almost by accident, and now says it was the happiest accident of her life.
 
Following a career in the corporate world, she followed her passion and trained as a Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer. After the birth of her two sons, she set up her first business, eager to make an impact on the lives of the women she wanted to serve.
 
Imposter syndrome had other ideas however, and she struggled with low confidence and zero belief in her abilities to practise and grow a successful business.
 
Unable to overcome these challenges, she eventually closed the business and gave up any ideas of entrepreneurship, believing she just wasn’t cut out for it.
 
A few years later, after retraining as an organic food grower, she had the chance to train as a coach, and found her calling. Feeling the pull to once again help others make positive change, she tentatively started a small business and began coaching clients.
 
Becoming a Physical Intelligence coach was a turning point, as she learned how to influence her neurochemistry and her mindset to transform her results. She now teaches Physical Intelligence to her clients, so they can transform theirs.
 
Her own coaching method, The Empowered Entrepreneur System, is a powerful combination of mindset and Physical Intelligence coaching which bridges the gap between brain and body as well as mind-body.
 
She is a champion of women in business and her mission is to empower and uplift female entrepreneurs to find their voice, their power and their wisdom, and use them unapologetically to create the life and business they’ve been dreaming of.
