Ciara Merrifield is a Psychotherapist specialising in trauma recovery & post trauma wellbeing. She holds degrees in Psychotherpy & Social Work ,along with several post graduate certificates. Ciara has practised psychotherapy & Social Work in the NGO sector for many years. Several losses and traumas in her childhood & teens led Ciara to explore the impact of stress on behaviour and performance. She now holds extensive knowledge in obtaining and maintianing holisitc wellbeing (mind, body, soul). Ciara is owner and director of Lumah - the WellBEING place. Lumah's mission is raise the standards of what it means to feel well - to normalise feeling inspired, calm, happy.
