Anastasiia Puzyrina

Couples & Relationship Psychotherapist | Methodologist

Anastasiia Puzyrina is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO in Ontario, Canada. She holds a PsyD in Developmental Psychology and has over 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families.

Alongside her clinical work, she is developing Liudynoznavstvo – an integrative methodological framework that studies the human being as a continuously developing whole, drawing on developmental psychology, philosophical anthropology, and systems thinking.

Anastasiia is the author of peer-reviewed work and the book Relationship Workbook for Couples, and a presenter at international academic conferences including the American Educational Research Association (AERA) Annual Meeting and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) National Conference. She is the founder of Restore Connections Development Centre and a recipient of the CREA Global Awards and the Brainz 500 Global Awards.

She is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP), and the American Psychological Association (APA).
