Alyssa’s work (and the voice ownership movement she leads) is deeply connected and inspired by her own journey of being a professional actor in London's West End and internationally, overcoming trauma, and radically reinventing the trajectory of her life. After 20 years of battling chronic stress, anxiety, and depression, and carrying trauma from being bullied at school, Alyssa knows what it takes to rewrite the story, and become a healthy, happy, and empowered woman.

With several qualifications in Holistic Medicine and Embodiment work, including energy psychology, yogic medicine (E-RYT, India) and trauma healing (Peter Levine), as well as expertise in, somatic healing, mindset, breathwork, mantra, voice activation, singing, kundalini activation, NLP, mindfulness, meditation, and quantum manifestation, she founded Voice of Her, empowering women globally through online courses, events, and programs.
