Wine & Wellness Matters: Consultant Educator Coach

Coach StephB is a Napa Valley based French citizen who has lived worked and traveled extensively throughout the wine regions of Europe, Australia, Asia, North America and Latin America.
After a 20 year career in corporate sales and marketing in Europe and Asia, Steph turned to purposeful entrepreneurship. She kicked off that side of her career by supporting small SMEs to set up in Singapore, HK and Manila all the while advising on the development of new business units such as digital labs and digital sales divisions within media agencies.
With a passion for anatomy, physiology and holistic wellbeing Steph also started working on bringing wellness into the corporate world.
It was in 2016 in New York that Steph launched beFITbeFAB putting employee wellness at the heart of corporate performance and took the city by storm. But the true passion and purpose revealed itself in 2018 when Steph ran 5 marathons around the world without depriving herself from one of the greatest pleasures of enjoying a glass of wine. Throughout the World Major Marathon journey she encountered many women struggling to find work-life balance and wellness-wine balance while still achieving high performance. Wellness doesn't mean wineless was born and the rest is history.
Today, Steph leverages the power of wine as communication vector to bring team wellness and improve cross cultural relationships. She also consults wine brands by providing strategic market penetration and business development recommendation to French producers wanting to enter the US market and American producers wanting to enter the French market. She believes there is value to the consumer to benefit from both regions across each side of the Atlantic.
In addition Steph teaches about high performance and balance, mindfulness through the wine glass.
She is also committed to giving back to the wine education community by supporting WSET students throughout the levels 1 to 4 certifications.
