For nearly four decades, The Winters Group has unapologetically challenged systems of oppression and pushed the boundaries of what it means to be inclusive by guiding hundreds of companies and organizations to reject the status quo, interrogate inequities, and dismantle unjust systems. Founder and CEO Mary-Frances Winters is the author of seven books, including We Can’t Talk about That at Work! Inclusive Conversations, Black Fatigue, and Racial Justice at Work, her newest book written with The Winters Group team.
