Bar Schwartz is an Organizational and Leadership Effectiveness coach, consultant, and trainer. With her work, she aims to close the communication gap that hinders people from creating successful change in their work and organizations. Her focus is agile and technology dominant environments as those evolve faster than we, humans, can often adapt to.

Bar started her career as a software engineer and has worked over the years in diverse leadership roles where she led tech, product, people, and transformations in diverse organizational structures, such as startups, corporations, and consultancies. Currently, she heads the engineering department at medneo, where she supports the leadership in simplifying ways of working, building digital product development capabilities, and enabling further company growth. Furthermore, she works together with AgileLAB to deliver professional, hands-on Agile trainings. Lastly, her personal brand, Lead2Coach, focuses on supporting leaders to develop the capability to lead effective change in their organizations.
