The Soul Compass guides you to Live & Thrive in alignment with your true nature, to uncover your authenticity, and start taking steps towards your Dream Life by following your inner wisdom.

It is often said as a piece of well-meant advice: follow your gut, use your intuition. We are expected to just “magically know” what choices to make in life, which path to take in our careers, or how to parent our children. But in a world where people have deviated from their true nature so much, this sounds to me like an incredibly difficult task.

Do you know how to follow your heart?

Do you know when it’s your instincts talking to you and when it’s your mind/ego?

Are you able to make decisions that are truly your own?

Do you even know who you truly are??

In our current society, being yourself is still considered an act of rebellion. We’re expected to conform to the norm, to society’s expectations. We’re supposed to “act normal” and don’t stir the waters.

Even though it seems lately like we’re pushed to accept, embrace, and become desensitized by extremes in self-expression, I don’t believe this is what the majority of us want and need for ourselves.

What I would love for us all, is to be able to find our true north, reconnect with our inner wisdom, and start following our Soul’s compass. This is why I love using Human Design and the Akashic Records. These modalities, intertwined with my own intuitive gifts and extensive psychological knowledge, help me guide myself and others to our personal, unique blueprint.

So that you don’t need to guess who you are.

So that you can make decisions as yourself.

So that you can improve your health and relationships.

So that you can have a better, or even your dream, life.

So that you can learn to love yourself and be truly happy.

The first step in getting to know and trust yourself is deciding to do so. This might seem obvious, but it’s a path that comes with serious challenges, so being committed to reconnecting with yourself is crucial.

Secondly, take time regularly to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Journaling, meditation, or simply sitting quietly with your thoughts can help you gain clarity and insight into yourself. Make space for yourself and your emotions. Ask yourself the question: “What do I want?”.

Practice Self-Compassion: Treat yourself with kindness, understanding, and acceptance, especially during challenging times. Embrace your imperfections and mistakes as opportunities for growth and learning, rather than judgments of your worth.

Listen to Your Body: Your body often communicates what your mind cannot. Pay attention to physical sensations, such as tension, relaxation, or discomfort, as they can provide valuable clues about your emotions and inner wisdom. Remember that your body is your biggest ally. And that emotions are messengers. You can read more about this topic here.

Explore Your Passions: Engage in activities that bring you joy and fulfillment, whether it's a hobby, creative pursuit, or form of self-expression. Connecting with your passions can reignite your sense of purpose and identity. Ask yourself: “What lights me up? What makes me feel excited?”. If you’ve deviated from your desires so much or are so suck in survival mode, that you honestly can’t answer these questions right now, try to uncover what brought you genuine joy when you were a child. Also, you can start by making a list of what you don't want in life and then formulate the opposite. Chances are, this practice will reignite your inner spark!

Set Boundaries: Establishing boundaries is essential for honoring your needs and values. Learn to say no to things that drain your energy or don't align with your true self, and prioritize activities and relationships that nourish and support you.

Surround Yourself with Support: Seek out supportive relationships and communities where you feel seen, heard, and valued for who you truly are. Surrounding yourself with positive influences can bolster your confidence and sense of self-worth. Remember: fitting in is the opposite of belonging.

Embrace Vulnerability: Allow yourself to be authentic and vulnerable with others, sharing your true thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Opening up in this way fosters deeper connections and helps you feel more connected to yourself and others.

Seek Professional Guidance: Consider working with a therapist, coach, or mentor who can provide guidance, support, and perspective as you navigate your journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

By incorporating these steps into your life, you can deepen your connection with yourself, gain clarity about your true desires and values, and ultimately live a more authentic and fulfilling life. Remember, the journey of reconnecting with yourself is ongoing and requires patience, dedication, and self-compassion.

Me? I'm Kinga de Wit: Aries, 6/2 Human Design Splenic Projector, and my name means "leader of the people." I'm a wife and a mother to a 4yo son (almost 5!) and 2 dogs. I'm originally from Warsaw, Poland. I've lived most of my life in the Netherlands and relocated to Spain in august 2023. I grew up with East-European, Eastern (Chinese), Dutch Caribbean, and Western cultures.

I love to sing, write, and take pictures. And I'm an incurable optimist. I believe that we are powerful beings and that we can heal ourselves and the world by standing in our true Power and by letting the love for ourselves overflow into Universal Love.

My knowledge is not "just" theoretical. Everything I teach I am practicing myself. I've experienced my share of struggles, breakdowns, and challenges (like depression, anxiety, burn-out, chronic pain, allergies, trauma, chronic fatigue, being disconnected from my emotions and intuition, etc). I overcame it all and now I love to share what I've learned with others.

My motto's:

As within, so without.

The most important relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself.

Specializations: Guiding you to your true self and trusting your inner guidance system (aka intuition, authority, internal compass) so you can fall in love with life and live your best life, empowerment, chronic pain and other physical issues, awareness, translating the feedback your life is giving you.

I have 17+ years under the belt as a psychologist, holistic coach, and healer. And I'd love to be your guide.
