  1. Life has been tough and I cannot catch a break.

  5. I am so drained I cannot move.

  6. I wonder what that dream meant?

  7. Why do I keep thinking about this one person?

  8. I have no motivation.

  9. None of these pills work!

  10. I know I am here to change the world, but I feel stuck.

  11. I have travelled everywhere for answers and I cannot find what I am looking for.

  12. I have so many generational habits and patterns; I refuse to be the same.

  13. I am stressed from work.

  14. Sometimes I don’t like going home, we are always arguing.

  15. I am a Trauma Survivor.

  16. I am forgetful.

  17. Bad luck is my middle name.

  18. I am shameful, I self-loathe.

  19. I do not love myself.

  20. Ugh, I know I am meant for something more… but I cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel.

  21. I do not look at myself for more than 10 seconds in the mirror.

  22. I am anxious from the minute I wake up to the minute I go to sleep.

  23. I am very hairy for a woman.

  24. If I am going out I need to prepare myself mentally and physically. Only to cancel at the last minute.

  25. I wear a mask the minute I leave the front door – and I do not mean a COVID mask!

  26. I am an emotional eater.

  27. I am depressed, fatigued and lethargic.

  28. I have suicidal thoughts.

  29. What’s the point? I never end up following through. Life has lost its meaning.

  30. I am stuck and internally I am struggling.

  31. I sometimes feel like I am cursed.
