Research suggests that only 9% of Americans who make resolutions complete them. In fact, research shows that 23% of people quit their resolutions by the end of the first week, and 43% quit by the end of January. Research indicates that adherence to New Year's Resolutions is often undermined by the perception of being burdensome and obligatory, resulting in a lack of sustained commitment. These resolutions tend to be viewed as mandatory tasks rather than opportunities for personal growth.

Consider the following examples:

"I must wake up earlier to incorporate my workout routine." "I have to update my resume to pursue a better job."

"I feel pressured to devise a business plan."

"I need to decide on a side hustle to augment my income." "I should plan a date night with my partner."

“I should (have to) lose weight.”

"I have to organize my garage and basement."

Writing new year's resolution.

The impact of negative beliefs and thoughts

With such an obligatory mindset, individuals typically exhibit short-lived dedication or engage in half-hearted efforts. Some might even rebel against their best interest in defiance of being ‘told’ what to do. What then is a viable solution to this New Year's Resolution predicament or achieving life goals? The answer is more straightforward than one might think.

The key to success

The key lies in initiating a shift in internal beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and creating positive mental energy. Altering the way one communicates with oneself is critical; issuing commands, such as "I must," “I have to,” “I should.” can be replaced with empowering statements like "I will wake up earlier." Visualization of the emotions associated with accomplishing these aspirations is also paramount. Envision feelings of increased confidence, empowerment, happiness, elevated energy, bubbling joy, grounded relief, and relaxed inspiration. Take a moment to identify and clarify these feelings.

Transformation

Rather than relying on New Year's Resolutions, tapping into the transformative power of already achieved desires, akin to an alchemical elixir, proves more effective.

Experiencing this feeling moment to moment facilitates a profound personal transformation. Actively engaging with these empowering and empowered feelings moment to moment propels life into a natural flow, rendering the pursuit of dreams easily, effortless, and enjoyable.

The Law of Attraction, based on the premise that positive thoughts yield positive outcomes and vice versa, underscores the importance of maintaining a positive mindset. Aligning with the Twelve Laws of the Universe promotes an energized flow of energy, impacting various aspects of life, including health, finances, and relationships.

For those seeking a profound transformation, clearing out old negative beliefs, thoughts, and feelings and adopting new, empowering ones is essential. The year 2024 presents an opportunity to explore tools and systems that will consistently elevate individuals to high-achiever status. Elevating one's positive beliefs, thoughts and feelings, cultivating a sense of connection, finding supportive partners, sharing dreams, experiencing breakthroughs, and becoming a beacon of empowerment are integral components of this transformative journey.

The transformation of beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and empowerment on the unconscious level is the key to effortlessly realizing dreams in 2024. Embracing this approach requires active participation, however, the results are rewarding. For those seeking assistance, engage with someone to collaborate and support the achievement of your aspirations in the upcoming year. You deserve to create your empowerment and desires in 2024!

Here’s to an empowered, fruitful and joyous 2024!
