Transformational Coach

Lucy Maeve, a trauma-informed transformational coach and breathwork practitioner, is the architect of a revolution against a life half-lived.

Nine years on the trading floor at J.P. Morgan in London and a life filled with Michelin starred dinners and expensive dresses taught her that success, as society painted it, left a void.

Frustrated by the ever-present question of ‘is this really it?’, she threw herself head first into years of self inquiry and spiritual-seeking which led her to find that the majority of her life had been built on the flimsy foundations of not-enoughness, devoid of any real meaning or purpose.

In a courageous act of rebellion, she burnt her ‘successful’ life to the ground, quitting her 6-figure career and rebuilding from scratch.

She now supports her clients in reclaiming their sense of self, connecting to inner inspiration and embodying the courage and confidence to live life deeply connected to meaning and founded on a foundation of deep self knowledge.
Lucy is extensively trained across modalities including Ayurveda, Yoga, Breathwork, Reiki and Transformational Coaching. Most recently she has been studying under Gabor Mate and Layla Martin.

Her work has been featured in The Telegraph, The Times and the BBC.

She currently resides in Cape Town, is stretching herself to learn to dance and can be regularly found jumping up and down with childlike joy in the freezing waves of the Atlantic seaboard or eating Lindt Orange Intense chocolate by the kilo.
