14 years post ruptured brain aneurysm conquer who wants to become an advocate that mind over matter works and can do anything they could set their mind to regardless of limitations. I wanna be a beacon of hope. I went from a wheelchair half paralyzed to dancing in 4 inch high heels with pride after extensive weight training and a lot of physical therapy which took so much dedication and patience. All worth it. I truly feel dedication with a positive mindset will always pay off.
My major goal is for CPTSD to be put in the next DSM as its own individual diagnosis. The DSM is literally the Bible ofHow therapists and psychiatrists diagnose you. With my CPTSD personally I have been misdiagnosed for years and therefore been given inappropriate medication which delayed my brain healing and progress both emotionally and physically.
