Charlotte Pridmore
Success Coach
Charlotte's first steps into entrepreneurship came in 2012 after the breakdown of a 10 year relationship. Not only did she leave the relationship but also a successful career, her own home and all her friends in London behind. She found herself back living with her parents with her 6-month old little boy and her life in 13 bin liners. She was almost 30 years old, 25kg overweight and having to start over. Her career before that had been 'eclectic' advertising sales, television and the health club industry. She spent a year in the benifit system and with very little opportunities in her home town and always wanting to work she retrained as a hairdresser. A job she loved but 35 hit and a early midlife crisis ensued. "This cannot be IT" She has always had so many dreams and goals and she realised that unless she did something about it this was going to be IT. A reality she wasn't willing to accept. She knew there was more to life and she knew no matter what she would make it happen.
It was around that time that an opportunity literally dropped through the letter box. She was pregnant with her second child and living with her now husband and things were tough financially. It was opportunity to sell products from home to earn an extra income. It was a NO at first but with no other options presenting themselves she decided to give it a go. A few years later she had built the business to a turnover in access of 1.5 million and life had changed considerably. It was this business that introduced her to the personal development space and it soon became her passion. After 7 years she decided to take the leap and make her dream of becoming a coach, mentor and thought leader a reality and she walked away from the buiness. This was not the happy end, near bankruptcy and having to start over again took it's tole but she never lost the passion for helping others get out of their own way and make 'IT' happen. She does this through the many modalities she picked up on her own journey including NLP, Timeline therapy, positive intelligence, rapid emotional release therapy, Human Design, and Shadow work. Her signature process looks predominantly at identity but is a whole approach. Mind, emotions, energy and action. Her ALL WOMAN brand was born and after many successful programmes now has her signature program MAKE IT HAPPEN MASTERY, 121 work and a new community for entrepreneurial women ready to go to their next level!
