Adam Ellis is a courage and confidence coach for men aged between 25-35 but he also specialises in males' mental health, he was bullied when he was younger he didn’t go to high school didn’t get any GCSEs as he was homeschooled. He is also the co-host of the Roar-Makerz podcast which he talks to guests about courage and confidence. He is the co-founder and COO of the Roar-Makerz coaching. His mission is to help people to get back their roar through courage and confidence to go after their goals and dreams for a better life, he also wants to reduce the number of male suicides in the world.
