Abraham Anjarkouchian

Registered Dietitian

Abraham is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in human nutrition from McGill University. He was awarded the silver medal for outstanding academic achievements from the University of Toronto, where he completed his undergraduate degree with High Distinction in Physiology and Nutrition. He also was a research analyst at MUHC for The Fibromyalgia Microbiome Research and Co-author of the “Altered Microbiome Composition in Individuals with Fibromyalgia” publication.

Abraham is a big believer in an all-food mindset, where no food is excluded or treated as good or bad. "We cannot separate our psychology from our physiology, and we are attracted to anything restricted from us". Hence, the more restrictions we create, the more cravings we will have.

Abraham also believes in a holistic approach, where there are interconnected factors addressed for a sustainable outcome. Examples of these biofeedback factors are sleep hygiene, exercise routine, stress management, hormonal balance, metabolism, etc. Abraham works to support people in transforming into the healthiest version of themselves. He believes that sustainable outcomes require time and persistence in developing healthy habits. "Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, so l don't focus on fad diets or cookie cutter meal plans with unrealistic expectations and temporary solutions and results". Abraham focuses on working alongside you to create a tailored plan that will be sustainable for your life. Weight management and physical healthcare don't begin in the gym with dumbbells; it starts with your mindset.
