Jake is the owner and operator of Open Mind Wellness Centre, which provides NeurOptimal® neurofeedback brain training sessions.
He is a certified neurofeedback trainer through Zengar (2015) & a Health Coach (2017)
His background is in kinesiology, nutrition and certified personal training before becoming a neurofeedback trainer, health coach & speaker.
Jake has a passion for holistic well-being and finding the optimal ways to navigate through life to enjoy more peace, joy, growth and prosperity.
Born and raised in Waterloo region, this is where Jake provides neurofeedback sessions and support in a clinic setting.
