Gena D. Richardson is an award-winning go-getter. She has dedicated her life to making a difference. Gena began her humanitarian work at 16 and conquered tremendous hurdles to be a success story. She later worked her way up from an entry-level position to become a CEO. She has represented thousands of people and supervised hundreds. Gena's expertise expands over several professional areas, such as social and health services, management, communications, and marketing. As President of Change By Reform, a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, published writer, beauty queen, public speaker, and more, Gena has extensive experience areas that wrap around her clinical training as a psychotherapist. Gena is a ranked philanthropic social media influencer, content creator, and nonprofit National Ambassador. She is passionate about helping others through grassroots advocacy, storytelling, and leadership. As a public speaker, Gena frequently shares powerful messages that awaken others. She has spoken on behalf of various causes, nonprofits, and advocacy movements throughout the United States and abroad. Last but not least, Gena uses her participation in pageantry and modeling as an extension of her advocacy work, giving her increased opportunities for reaching others.
