Gabriela Vavrova is a pioneer of "Decluttering systems" for leaders and organizations, systems that enhance productivity, performance, and wellbeing. After losing her father and lifelong goal of becoming a singer, she left her home country at the age of 18 and started her new journey in a leadership role. Gabriela began to create strategies and tools to improve, enhance leadership performance and corporate wellbeing. Her skills and strategies have since been adapted in leadership roles around the globe in Compass Group, Choice Group, and Google. She has dedicated her life to help others to unlock their success. Gabriela is the founder of Unlocksuccess, a platform for executives and leaders to expand their knowledge in the areas of high performance, productivity, and sustainable change through coaching, training, and online learning. She believes that any individual or organization can reach their highest potential only if they discard everything that doesn’t align with their values and goals.
