Dr. Ann Masters is a Gallup certified strengths coach with expertise in staff development and organizational leadership. She brings a research based approach to each coaching relationship based on more than 40 years of Gallup leadership research gleaned from studying over 50,000 leaders in more than 200 diverse organizations and industries. She is an experienced educator, administrator, coach and staff developer. Ann works with individuals and teams to leverage personal strengths to achieve personal and professional excellence. She believes everybody needs a coach and that “If we all did the things we are capable of, we would astound ourselves” (Thomas Edison).
