Dario Tejo
Dario Tejo is a holistic health coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a Father, Husband, and Entrepreneur whose mission is to help people optimize their health by coaching the relationship of the Mind, Movement and Spirit. He does so by deploying and filtering his daily decisions through his value system of Compassion, Integrity and Grit.
From youth and high school sports to competing as an adult in Men's Physique, CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Powerlifting – sport has always been a place where Dario could go to forge a strong mind, and body. Through his businesses, connection to his local and online community, he hopes to pass down those lessons to those who put their health in his hands.
From 2009-2015, Dario worked in the banking industry. After gaining enough courage to follow his calling in health, he became a partner at a CrossFit gym in 2016, while running his own personal training business, and eventually founded Origin (Belmont, CA) and the Origin Health and Fitness Podcast in 2018.
