Daria Tiesler is the Founder of HPM Wellness. She is the UK's Leading Women's Performance Enhancement Coach, Former Pro -Athlete, Body Transformation Trainer, and Registered Functional Medicine Nutritionist specialising in Women's Metabolic Health, Physical Longevity and Peak Performance Optimisation. She spends 17 years mastering her own body post burnouts, post-athletic injury and post- life traumas. Her life career is dedicated to women's health and feminine peak performance with 15.000 plus hours of hands-on in-service. She is host of Impact Wellness podcast and contributor to women´s magazines. She loves to engage with public speaking.
