Carine Hajjar Dannawi

Carine is a certified life coach (ICF accredited) and a Youth Coach (CASE institute USA). With unlimited passion in helping people be the better version of themselves, she is having great success in shifting her clients to growth mindset and reaching their meaningful goal.

Through her coaching company Self Spectrum, Carine runs one on one, live and online sessions, family sessions and workshops for young adolescents and adults. She assists students and adults in various topics related to: Academic and learning success, focus and motivation, inner peace and being self-present, peer pressure, bullying, self and body image, self confidence and self-esteem, fear of change, fear of failure, procrastination, perfectionism, social anxiety, general stress and overthinking, discovering hobbies and passions, identifying roadblocks and limiting believes… Her workshops catered to school also address the Parent body in topic of parenting and being a working mother of 2 tweens, adds a lot of practicality and empathy to her practice.

Also, having MBA background and more than 16 years of experience in retail, healthcare and education institutions assisted her in motivating executives and adults in reaching fulfillment, changing mindsets and behaviors. She pioneered in the subjects of "Work life balance" and "Parental Guilt" and the fear of never doing or being enough.

Her style is light, fun and positive with much focus on tolerance and mental wellbeing and the belief in the ability of the human mind to do anything it sets its mind to.
