Careers Collective
Careers Collective is a fresh, new and independent career development proposition, created by Sally Everist, coach and former Director of Careers for The Good Schools Guide, and Tina Harrigan-James, teacher and former Business Development Director for Adviza Partnership. Careers Collective was formed in response in 2020 during the pandemic in response to the changing landscape.
We work with business and training providers, meeting their requirements with bespoke coaching programmes for CPD, to empower staff or clients and to build capacity, either for the organisation or their clients. Outcomes typically include improvements to mindset, capacity and effectiveness, productivity, organisational cohesion, communication, well-being and personal leadership. Coaching is future-focused. and helps clients reach a goal and turn aspiration into reality. It is supportive, confidential, client-centred and an effective element of any professional development programme.
Using a blended pedagogy of coaching and teaching Careers Collective are determined to take career development on a virtual journey into the 21st century and deliver an inclusive educational experience. They teach the underpinnings of career development and intrapersonal skills needed for any career development journey and enable clients to become the leaders of their own careers. Something they describe as 'Career Development from the inside out'.
