Saveen Sundrani

Saveen Sundrani holds a Masters Degree in Social Work, specializing in Trauma-Focused Counseling and is the founder of You Matter Coaching. Using her personal journey of battling with obesity from a very young age and her extensive 20 + years of experience in the field of Mental Health, Saveen was inspired to create an online program to help women who are tired of battling with obesity. As a Mental Wellness Coach, Saveen’s fundamental belief is that you are automatically inclined to take better care of your physical and mental well-being when you believe you are worthy.Therefore, instead of a weight loss program that often works on the outside, Saveen’s program, Thrive at Every Size, focuses on the inside first. Saveen is passionate about teaching women how to embrace a lifelong healthy mindset, elevate their self-esteem, and expand their support system so that they can achieve their health goals, while accepting their bodies and learning to love the process. While making a difference in people’s lives is Saveen’s life purpose, creating innovative and modern ways to fulfill this purpose is what sets her soul on fire.
