Sandra Velásquez is a clinical, health, organizational psychologist, coach, book author and university lecturer who works for institutions and individual clients worldwide. She is specialized in bringing organizations, teams and family systems to a higher flexibility and adaptability in adverse times. Project development in the psychosocial field, team conflict resilience and productivity, crisis management for institutions and families as well as curriculum development for universities and similar organizations are some of Sandra's fields of action. Since 2004 she and a group of fellow colleagues lead "Kind,Familie, Umwelt" an entity dedicated to provide psychological services for disadvantaged communities
