Nilima Amit is an Author, Holistic Life Coach and Reiki Healer. She was born to Osho follower parents which gave her the opportunity of growing up in the presence of the Master Osho. Meditation has been a lifestyle since then. Her quest to belong to society and fit in made her quit meditation and everything that she lived by in her early 20's just to realize a decade later that the only way of life is Meditation and Gratitude. Her journey from within to outer world to inner world is interesting and has helped her to embrace her trueself of being a Coach and Reiki healer. She has in a very simple language penned her experiences and shared tips and techniques in her book One Life Many Journeys: Open Secrets to Blissful Life. She desires to spread her light and touch souls who want to lead a blissful life.
