Working with businesses and organizations, Kathleen helps to build and improve organizational culture and strategy. She uses Neemo™ Method - a unique and inclusive photography-based team coaching and facilitation method that fosters open communication and helps building innovative and aligned organizations.
When the pandemic hit in spring 2020, she wanted to pay it forward and started "Co-Active Coaches for Good" - a coaching collective that offers mindset expanding workshops for different audiences in need like job seekers or graduates.
Her mission: Open up perspectives, connect people and create compassion in the world.
