Jen Johnson

Jen W. Johnson is an executive coach who partners with wholehearted, purpose-driven leaders and entrepreneurs around the world to create greater fulfillment and effectiveness in their lives and organizations. She coaches to shift the embedded beliefs and automatic behaviors that define how her clients live their lives and that keep them in their comfort zone and create obstacles to success. To step outside, she and her clients co-create the awareness and distinctions that lead to empowered actions so that her clients can live and lead with power and intention, creating the results, fulfillment, and legacy that they yearn for. Prior to starting her coaching practice, Jen worked for a decade in international business and startup development. Most notably, Jen served as the director of a global education startup based in Bangalore, India, that she led to rapid growth. When she living in, Jen used her international business experience to support the local startup community and university entrepreneurship and innovation office through coaching and program development which, eventually, inspired her to open her own practice so she could serve people around the world.
