Eva Ekedahl has been deeply engaged in getting more women to the top positions and is the founder and host of Karriärpodden - the podcast that profiles Sweden's most successful women leaders. She is also one of the founders of Women for Leaders - the company that strives to get more women to the top leadership positions through executive leadership programs and networks. Eva has over 20 years of experience in executive search as partner, managing director and head of recruiting in several search companies. She has great knowledge of different industries with particular expertise in the tech and IT industry.
Jeanna Rutherhill is the co-founder of Women for Leaders. Prior to that she has over 10 years of experience from Google, both in Sweden, where she was one of the first to set up the office in 2005, and in Mountain View, California, back in 2003 when Google was still a startup and had only 800 employees. Jeanna has had various leadership positions both at Google and as the CEO of a digital innovation agency. Jeanna is a board member and a lecturer in leadership within digital, innovation and transformation.
Eva and Jeanna are also two of three co-founding partners of EQ Executive Search - an executive search firm that recruits with a new perspective.
