Bénédicte Hersen

Bénédicte Hersen is the founder and CEO of International Blueprint, a leadership development firm dedicated to productivity improvement and success achievement.

Bénédicte started her career in Engineering as project manager. She soon understood that success comes from the team no matter the operational and financial struggles. A master of psychology complementing her master of science, she created a dual operation-people approach and specialized in wining sizeable challenges. She first tuned her expertise as Change Manager in Europe then in Beijing (China) to take over the set-up of the world first-ever aircraft assembly plant in a non-western country. Before launching her own company, she was in charge of the International Business strategy at Corporate Airbus Strategy in France.
