Lisa A. Romano is a leading Coach in the mental wellness industry. As a child, Lisa battled anxiety, depression, and low self worth. When Lisa's first marriage fell apart, she learned that she was suffering from codependency, as a result of being raised by two unrecovered adult children of alcoholics. At that time, Lisa committed her life to healing the subconscious programs responsible for her codependency, with the hopes of sparing her children from the fate of repeating familial trauma.
