Grégoire Amigues

Gregoire Amigues is a certified self-developmental coach. Before founding his coaching practice, Amigues spent 30 years designing growth strategies and executing M&A deals for leading business organizations worldwide. In these highly exposed positions, he experienced the complexity of making informed, effective, but also meaningful and ethical decisions. By the age of 50 Amigues decided to honor inner callings to explore his life purpose. He experienced deep personal coaching, immersed himself into Impact Investment, took a year-long coaching training, and became a certified, ICF-accredited coach. Amigues’ distinguishing approach is to introduce self-development skills in the practice of business leadership. Under his guidance leaders deepen their connection with, and trust in, their personal inner compass to respond to stakeholders’ expectations and to navigate volatile environments.
