Gillian Jones-Williams

Gillian Jones-Williams is an Author, Motivational Speaker and Managing Director of Emerge Development Consultancy which she founded 25 years. Gillian partners with many international organisations to implement organisational changes particularly in the field of diversity and leadership, supporting organisations to create an inclusive environment. She is a Women’s champion and the creator of the award-winning RISE Empowered Women’s Development Programme that is delivered both in the UK, Middle East and Saudi. Gillian is an expert in coaching and has also co-authored 50 Top Tools for Coaching which is now on its 5th edition. Gillian is an expert in organisational culture change having published ‘How to Create a Coaching Culture Strategy’ in 2009. She is a Master Executive Coach working with many MD’s and CEO’s. She also published Locked Down but Not Out in 2021 – a Covid Diary documenting every day of the first 3 months of the pandemic and her fight to save her business to raise money for the bereaved families of the NHS workers who lost their lives during Covid.
