Courtenay Baber LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is the owner of Gray Horse Counseling LLC in Manakin Sabot, Virginia. She is also the owner of Gray Horse Farm in Powhatan, Virginia. She is an entrepreneur who started her business in 2019 after running, managing the family farm for many years and assisting with other companies. She has worked in the mental health field since 2000. While working in the institutions, she created groups and programs for her patients on critical thinking trauma and self-esteem.
