Highlights from the 2021 list:

Alexandros Papanaoum

Peak Performance Coach & Tiny Habits Expert, one of the youngest coaches in the world working with people in leadership positions, and the founder of a boutique coaching & consulting company ThrivingLife4U.

Alexandros coaches high-strung, impact-driven professionals and entrepreneurs that are self-critical on leveling up their performance while increasing their sense of satisfaction and avoiding burnout. Because of his young age and his complex, challenging and unconventional background, he is considered a "secret weapon" by many of his clients. He provides an unbiased perspective, asks powerful questions bringing actionable insights hiding in plain sight, and helps them be more adaptable in volatile environments. He believes in creating sustainable long-term change for his clients so helping them create new helpful habits and change unhelpful habits is an integral component of his coaching approach. Trained on Behavior Design methods from Stanford University, he helps companies bridge the gap between strategy or corporate trainings and sustained implementation, thus helping them save lost time and money on costly trainings and unimplemented strategic decisions. He also consults and coaches managers and executives on how to turn their employees' shoulds into wants to bring their natural motivation to the surface and how to interact with GenZ high-potential employees to bring the best out of them.

He is also an advocate of social entrepreneurship, human & animal rights, active listening, applied curiosity, better keynote slides, sustainable solutions, financial, wellness, soft skills education, and psychologically safe conversations.
